LEIBPL established in the year 1987, a SME promoted by technocrat entrepreneur Shri KK Gurjar, brothers and their Family, started as a Manufacturer & Supplier of Heat Exchangers to power generation plants. We have developed special expertise in the field to cater various discerning customers of international repute like BHEL, L&T MHI, Toshiba Plant Systems & Services Corporation (TPSC), Alstom Projects India Limited, Voith Hydro Private Limited, Andritz Hydro (India) Limited, Power Machines India Limited, GE Triveni Limited, GAIL, IOCL, NFL and many more. The core competences of the company are thermal & mechanical design, fabrication, machining, assembly and erection & commissioning of heat transfer equipment. The company product range covers all types of heat transfer solutions in power generation and other process plant like refineries, fertilizer, chemical, smelting etc.
Professional with diverse qualifications and proven track records as mentors is the core strength of the company. LEIBPL is enhancing the present facility to take part in supplying the Nuclear Components for various nuclear plants being planned by NPCL. LEIBPL is taking part in designing & replenishing the Heat Exchangers for Nuclear plants which are already commissioned.
Recently for the first time we have entered into field of Solar Thermal Power Plant Engineering where LEIBPL has supplied to Feed Water System. LEIBPL is going a big way and becoming a supplier of modern Heat Exchangers.
FUTURE PLAN OF EXPANSION
The Global market for heat exchanger has grown significantly during the past few years and is expected to grow at a more rapid pace in the next five years, mainly driven by growing global demand specifically in the Asia-Pacific and mainly due to increase in its industrial growth. The heat exchanger market in India & other countries is emerging from past few years and is expected to grow significantly in the future too.
We, in India are centrally located in Madhya Pradesh and have respective focus to develop heat exchanger market by producing it domestically. Heat exchangers are essential part of power generation, refineries, chemical and petrochemical industries. These industries are the largest user of heat exchangers. They are widely used in oil & gas industry, food & beverage processing, fertilizer and pulp paper industry.
Going forward, our company has targeted a very ambitious growth plan for all the businesses activities. Initially we were working in the power projects and supplying these equipment to all major power players like NTPC, BHEL, NHPC, Voith Hydro, L&T MHI, Toshiba Power, Doosan etc. But, from last 2-3 years we have started supplying our equipment to GAIL, RCF, IOCL, NFL, ONGC and other oil & gas industry sector. We are getting good response from this sector.
We are bidding in the projects as turnkey contractor and will bidding for upcoming projects. In this process we are enhancing the existing manufacturing capacity and we have acquired a land of 6 acres in Mandideep Industrial Area near Bhopal and unit is in construction stage and we hope that it will come into operation in very shortly. After coming into the operation our production capacity will be enhanced by 3-4 times of the present capacity in the 1st year and will increase every year thereafter. We are also installing EOT crane of 100 Tons capacity for handling heavy duty jobs.
We are adding a fully CNC Finning Machine to cater the desired quality & quantity for further increase production, with this machine we will be in position of manufacture ‘L’/’L L’/G’ finned tubes in different metallurgy viz Aluminum/Copper/Carbon Steel/stainless steel and length up to 12.5 mm.
In addition to the above we are also procuring CNC Boring Machine, CNC Orbital welding machine, etc. We are looking forward to serve our customer in much better way
