We have a design and engineering division at our works with team of qualified and well experienced engineering. The Design/ Engineering Department is well equipped with latest Software for Thermal & Mechanical Design of Heat Exchangers. The Heat Exchangers are designed as per ASME, TEMA and HEI Standard. The regulations of Indian Boiler Act is followed for high pressure and high temperature application of Heat Exchangers for Indian projects.
Our Engineering & designing includes:
• Thermal Design
• Mechanical design including vibration analysis
• Thermal design of heat exchangers is mainly done on HTRI software.
CACW coolers which are using crimped fin tubes, design is based on the performance curves developed by LEIBPL Engineers of their own with the help of renowned research institutions.
